Our 30-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund.

Customized shoe covers are generally not accompanied by guarantees. If the custom shoe covers you receive differ materially from what you ordered at MyShoeCovers.com, or if the goods are otherwise flawed then you may return.

My Shoe Covers may be returned or exchanged within thirty days from when they were shipped, with a Return Merchandise Authorization. You will be reimbursed for return shipping.

Our International Return Policy

My Shoe Covers may be returned or exchanged within thirty days from when they were shipped, with a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Customer is responsible for shipping, handling, brokerage, duties and taxes. Original shipping fees, duties and taxes are nonrefundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

 

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Fortunate Ventures LLC or Fortunate Ventures LLC's authorized resellers are starting from the date of purchase. Please refer to the chart below for the warranty timelines of various products, as warranty periods differ according to models.

Fortunate Ventures LLC’s warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty is void on items taken outside the country.

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced or refunded. Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

Process:

• Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase such as dated sales invoice from an authorized Fortunate Ventures LLC reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price and order number.
• It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection or provide photos showing the defect of the product.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

• Products without sufficient proof of purchase
• Lost or stolen products
• Items that have expired their warranty period
• Free products
• Damage from misuse of products
